Only $4.00 set up fee if you have a 6 month membership Set up fee waived if you already have a year membership Refer 2 chatters who sign up for at least a 6 month membership and receive 1 months of your managed room free. Bring 4 people with you who sign up for at least a 6 month membership and name you as their referral, get 2 months free and your set up fee waived.
All managed room applications must be approved before you buy your room to assure the room meets with our TOS.

Please submit your new room request on the cork board and wait for approval before buying your room package.	Chat Whisper reserves the right to close down any room that has gone unused for a period of 90 days.
No streaming audio, video, or copyrighted material can be used on the web space given with your membership.	We currently accept PayPal, Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discovery and Electronic Checks.
