How to get a new Room

How to submit a room idea
on Chat Whisper
- Post your idea to the
Staff in the new room submission form.
- Decide which quarter
you wish your room to be located in
- send the name of the
room
- your ideas for the
room
- why you think your
room will benefit the Quarter
- the type of roleplay
which will be done
- room rules
- an address to any web
pages that you have created for the room. (The webpage does
not have to be completed.)
- Also, if you have a
design idea ready for the door, please let us know, otherwise
our staff will design the door to match your theme.
- If you need personal
graphics made for your website, please visit the links page
to view a list of our designers, their prices are very reasonable.
- Remember our policy
is each room must maintain two members of Chat Whisper to
support it.
- Do not pay any of the
fee's associated with setting up your room until it has
been approved.
What comes next
- Please be patient. Depending
upon the quarter, each have their own guidelines for approval of the
room. Be sure to read the guidelines of the site and the Quarter you
wish to make your home in. After receiving your information, we will
review your idea and set up a meeting with you or open a discussion
on the forum.. During this meeting the Chat Whisper Staff will ask
questions about your room, and you will have an opportunity to ask
any questions about the site. If, for any reason, Staff cannot be
reached or come to a decision in a timely manner, the Site Admin will
make a decision upon the room. Site Admin has final say on
any room created at Chat Whisper.
After a Decision is reached
- Once your idea has
been approved, we will begin work on the room.
- Depending upon the
amount of work needed for the door, once your room has been
approved, it shouldn't take very long for the room to be
opened. We will have a "grand opening" for you
and place a banner on our front door announcing your new
room. You may make this yourself or we will make it for
you. It should be no larger than 460X60.
- Remember, you do not
own your room, and your rooms rules must follow the site
rules and maintain the spirit of Chat Whisper and what it
was created to be.
